I do cakes for all occasions; weddings, birthdays, christmas, christening, confirmation, communion, anniversaries, children's parties......if you have an occasion, I can provide a cake for it; be it themed, classic, modern, simple or fancy; unless otherwise specified by you, all of our flowers and foliage are entirely hand crafted in sugar, using the finest tints and lustres to bring them to life.

We also do hot and cold buffets by request and stand hire should you wish it. Arrange a consultation to discuss your dream and we'll try our utmost to make it a reality..... and what's more, we won't sting you for it; we price fairly for our services, keeping costs down because we have no overheads!

We promise that we will make every effort to provide exactly what you require; the more ideas you have the better!
A good place to start is by collecting images of things you like (they needn't be cakes- they could be colours, locations or accessories) or perhaps sketching some ideas to give me a clear picture of what you have in mind and help me to meet your needs as accurately as possible!
If you don't have a clear idea, we are happy to do the work or make suggestions; just arrange to pop in for a chat!
within the limitations of edible art (putting a huge display onto a delicate sponge, for example may not be possible due to weight!) we can do most things in most styles whether you want a rich fruit cake, my famous hot 'n' kickin' ginger cake, carrot, chocolate, sponge, tropical fruit cake or another choice as a base for your creation.
We also do just plain sugarcraft; why not try a sugarcraft arrangement for your centrepeice? Or perhaps a pretty sugar box filled with home-made liqueur truffles, mints or marzipan fruits as a gift?
or maybe you're looking for a tower of beautifully iced cup cakes or mini muffins, a stunning array of mini bailey's cheesecakes or hand made chocolate boxes filled with fruit?..... It's up to you!

please note: I do not decorate cakes made elsewhere. I will also not provide a plain iced cake to be decorated by somebody else: my professional reputation rests mainly on word of mouth and therefore I need to know that the standard of anything being associated with me is extremely high and of my own making! please do not  ask for either service as refusal tends to cause embarrassment!
